Brief description / remarks: –

The rapid advancement of technology is reshaping industries worldwide, ushering in the era of Industry 4.0. Educators must stay abreast of these cutting-edge technologies to equip the next generation of innovators and leaders.

This Faculty Development Program is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, empowering faculty members with the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate Industry 4.0 concepts into their curriculum.

Day-01 SESSION I (10:00AM to 10:30PM) Inauguration

A very warm welcome to all of you, distinguished guests, faculty members, and esteemed participants. We were honored to have you all here to inaugurate our NATIONAL FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM on EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES IN INDUSTRY 4.0.To invoke the divine blessings for the success of this program, we performed the traditional lamp lighting ceremony. A brief profile of Dr. Manish Bhargava, our esteemed Guest of Honor, was read before his address. We invited Prof. (Dr.) Arunava Das, Dean of Academics, Mandsaur University, to deliver the welcome address. Dr. Manish Bhargava, NITTTR Bhopal, our esteemed Guest of Honor, was welcomed and presented with a memento. We expressed our sincere gratitude to all participants and organizers for their contributions to the success of the FDP.

Topic- Industry 4.0 Challenges and Opportunities

Key Point- 1. Rapid Technological Advancements: The rapid pace of technological change makes it difficult for faculty to keep up with the latest developments in Industry 4.0 technologies.

2. Skills Gap: Many faculty members may lack the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively teach and research Industry 4.0 topics.

3. Industry Collaborations: Partnerships with industry can provide opportunities for faculty to gain practical experience and knowledge, as well as collaborate on research projects.

4. Student Skill Development: Faculty can play a crucial role in equipping students with the skills needed to succeed in the Industry 4.0 workforce.

Key Point- 1. Problem-Specific Approaches: The choice of algorithm depends on the specific NP-complete problem and the desired level of accuracy.

2. Algorithm Implementation and Tuning: Careful implementation and tuning of algorithms can significantly impact performance.

3. Hardware and Software Optimization: Leveraging specialized hardware and software can accelerate computations.

4. Practical Constraints: Real-world applications often have additional constraints and requirements that must be considered.

Day-06 SESSION II (12:30 PM to 1:00 PM) ValedictoryWe were grateful for your participation in the NATIONAL FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM on EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES IN INDUSTRY 4.0. Over the past six days, we delved deep into cutting-edge technologies. Through insightful lectures, workshops, and discussions, we gained valuable knowledge and skills. We thanked our Guest of Honor, Dr. Prakash Chandra Sharma, Manipal University Jaipur, for his enlightening keynote address. His expertise enriched our understanding. We also thanked Hon’ble Dr. V.S.S. Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, Mandsaur University, for his warm welcome and support. As we concluded, we hoped the knowledge and connections gained would inspire innovative research, teaching, and industry collaborations. Before bidding farewell, we invited Hon’ble Dr. V.S.S. Kumar to distribute certificates to the participating faculty and speaker faculty. This recognized their active involvement and valuable contributions. Thank you all once again. We wish you all the best.

Outcome: – The outcomes of this National Faculty Development Program are as follows:
