Mandsaur University is delighted to announce its Second Convocation Ceremony, which will be held on Saturday, 08 November 2025 at the University Campus, Mandsaur (M.P.). This momentous occasion marks a new milestone in our journey of nurturing young minds and shaping future leaders. The Convocation Ceremony is a formal academic event to confer degrees, medals, and honors upon graduating students from various programs. It is a day to celebrate the dedication, hard work, and achievements of our students, faculty, and the entire Mandsaur University community.

Registration & Guidelines for Graduates

All eligible graduates are requested to register for the convocation ceremony through the
official university portal.
Gown collection and rehearsal details will be shared after registration.
Entry will be permitted through valid convocation passes only.
Graduates are advised to complete all academic and administrative formalitie
before the ceremony.

Note: It is possible that there may be logistic issues on 8th for those registering today until the deadline tomorrow and gowns / original degree may be delayed in reaching the campus. You will be requested to cooperate with the university in that scenario though every effort shall be made to avoid such a scenario.
