Bollywood Flashback- “Cinemas Yaadein”
The Fashion Design Department organized a captivating event titled “Cinema Yaadein” – A Bollywood Flashback, on 08 February 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in LT-1. Students enthusiastically participated, dressing up as iconic Bollywood characters from various eras, bringing classic cinematic memories to life.
The event featured a character walk where each participant showcased their costume and acting skills, embodying the persona of their chosen character. Following the walk, students demonstrating their knowledge and passion for Bollywood. A panel of judges then engaged the students in a lively question-and-answer session, testing their understanding of their chosen characters and the related films.
The event culminated in a prize distribution ceremony where the top three participants were awarded for their creativity, performance, and knowledge.
“Cinemas Yaadein” proved to be a successful event, providing a platform for students to explore their creativity in costume design and character portrayal. The event was educational, celebrating the magic of Bollywood cinema and providing an engaging experience for both participants and the audience.
