The Faculty of Business Administration and Commerce (FBAC), Mandsaur University, organised the industrial visit to Panchamrut Amul Dairy, During visit students were provided with comprehensive understanding of how theoretical concepts are applied in a real-world industrial environment. The visit successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and practical exposure, enabling students to observe the functioning of a large-scale dairy operation.
Students were introduced to the complete supply chain process, starting from milk collection at the farmer level, moving through district cooperative societies and unions, and finally reaching retailers. The operational aspects of the plant were explained in detail, including the use of advanced technologies such as SCADA for process monitoring and control, along with multi-level quality checking procedures to ensure product safety and hygiene.

The integration of traditional marketing with modern digital strategies was also highlighted.

Key concepts like brand loyalty, value perception, and buyer psychology were connected to real industry practices.
Additionally, students were exposed to strategic and operational aspects such as production processes, machinery functioning, employee management, cost-revenue analysis, performance measurement, and business expansion planning. This helped them understand how management theories are executed at the ground level.
Overall, the visit provided an opportunity to learn beyond academics, including real-time problem-solving, teamwork, professional communication, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
