National Start-up Day Celebration

The Department of Business Administration and Commerce celebrated “National Start-up Day-2025” on January 16, 2025 under the banner of IIC Cell and IQAC with an objective to create awareness among students about the start-up and entrepreneurship and its role in their career. The program started at 12:00 noon with the formal introduction followed by motivational talk by Dr. Avinash Vikram, HOD, FBAC. At 12:30 noon, Mr. Hemant Sharma started his session and covered various areas related to start-up and entrepreneurship like evolution of India’s start-up, government initiatives, common challenges faced by new entrepreneurs, funding opportunities etc. 

Following the expert lecture, a poster making competition was organized to channel students’ creative expression on the theme of National Start-up Day. Among the participants 21 students participated in the poster making competition and draw their creative imaginations on canvas. The program incharge was Dr. Pallavi Mane and Dr. Yashwant Kunhera. During the event the departmental faculty members were present.
